WHAT IS MUSIC SYNCHRONIZED LICENSING?
Synchronized Licensing is an agreement between someone who is seeking to use audio for a visual project and the owner of the audio. In the music industry, this is the most basic deal an owner of music can make. Most of the agreements are nonexclusive, with a heavy interest on compensating the owner of the music.
